Data Deletion

How to disconnect providers and delete your account.

Disconnect a Provider

Disconnecting removes Wellpipe's access to that health provider.

Steps

  1. Go to app.wellpipe.io
  2. Find the provider card (e.g., WHOOP)
  3. Click Disconnect
  4. Confirm the disconnection

What Happens

When you disconnect:

  • ✅ OAuth tokens are deleted immediately
  • ✅ Provider access is revoked
  • ✅ Future queries will not have access
  • ❌ Your data in the provider app is NOT affected

Your WHOOP/Oura/etc. data remains unchanged in their apps.

Delete Your Account

Deleting your account removes all stored data.

Steps

  1. Go to app.wellpipe.io
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. Confirm with your password or OAuth

What's NOT Deleted

  • Your health data in WHOOP/Oura/etc.
  • Your AI assistant conversations

  • Some logs may take up to 30 days to purge from backups

Regenerate API Key

If your API key was compromised:

  1. Go to app.wellpipe.io
  2. Find the API Key section
  3. Click Regenerate
  4. Copy your new key
  5. Update your AI assistant configuration

The old key is invalidated immediately.

Revoke from Provider Side

You can also revoke access from your health provider:

WHOOP

  1. Go to your WHOOP account settings
  2. Find connected apps/integrations
  3. Revoke Wellpipe's access

This invalidates the tokens stored in Wellpipe.

Data Export

Before deleting, you may want to export:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Click Export Data
  3. Download the JSON file

The export includes:

  • Account information
  • Connected providers (not tokens)
  • Usage statistics

It does NOT include health data (we don't store it).

After Deletion

After account deletion:

  • You can create a new account with the same email
  • Previous data is not recoverable
  • You'll need to reconnect providers
